Hi!! So happy to have you here on my little corner on the internet!! I come from a little island in the Caribbean Sea, called Puerto Rico. I was raised there with my three sisters in a single-family home, where my mom was our sole-caretaker. I live in Massachusetts with my husband, our two children, and our little Dachshund.
I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, and then I did my Master’s in Vocational Counseling. I worked for three years in a Special Education school with special needs students, where my creativity needed to shine in order for my students to learn English (yes, I was an English teacher). As a former Special Education Teacher and currently a Case Manager for the government, my passion is to create and teach organizational processes for your growing business.
My blog will mostly focus on how we manage our daughter’s diabetes. My daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was 15 months old. This life-changing event with this chronic illness took us by surprise, and it sure has been a roller coaster of emotions, and frustrations in learning on how to manage her condition. I cannot say we are experts in managing Diabetes, but we have learned a few tricks and strategies, and part of this blog is to share my knowledge, and hopefully, you will find it helpful in managing this condition, either for yourself, your child or a loved one. Please note, that I am not a health care professional, everything that is written here is for educational purposes. The information included on the site is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare providers before altering your diet, changing your exercise regimen, starting any new treatment or making changes to existing treatment.
I am also a Virtual Assistant for Administrative services and a Pinterest Manager. Ever since I can remember I have always loved looking for pretty things and creative ideas on the internet. I planned my wedding and created my classroom lessons using Pinterest! I do nothing more than pin my life away on this amazing platform. If you feel overwhelmed with the nitty-gritty part of the administrative tasks in your business or you want me to manage your Pinterest, I am your go-to person!
I am passionate about helping bloggers, teachers and other entrepreneurs to get where they want to be in their business. I love helping others achieve their goals and assist them where they most need it.
